Just For You Card

The technique I used on the colourful butterfly is from Francine Vuilleme's 1001 Cartes On Air - Shine.  I wanted to try it out after watching her video on YouTube for a while.  It was fun and satisfying.  I love colours and this technique let me use as many bright colours as I want on an object.  Really love it!

I used distress ink  for the butterfly.  Sizzix Tim Holtz embossing folding on a pearlescent cardstock for the square background.  The butterflies and the flowers are from Clearly Besotted and Inky Antics stamp sets.  The sentiment is from Kellycraft.  I also used uni-posca (yellow) and glass beads from faber-castell to decorate the butterfly a bit!
